Free impact management training videos

In 2017 we delivered impact management training to over 150 charities and social enterprises across England. Now we’re bringing that training to everyone through a series of free videos.

Applicants for the Impact for Growth grants were required to attend a day of impact management training before applying to the programme. Impetus-PEF designed and delivered this training for 150 organisations to focus on 5 key areas:

  1. Putting impact in context
  2. Target population
  3. Outcomes
  4. Programme design
  5. Performance management

The training had great reviews from attendees and we knew we wanted to share our impact management knowledge and skills with as many people as possible. So anyone can now access this training from anywhere in the world via our free training videos!

We recommend you watch all 6 videos in order as the concepts build on each other. We encourage you to share these videos more widely across your organisation. We’ve found that the best way to make progress is to involve everyone from Trustees to frontline staff, so that you are all aligned on who you exist to serve and what success looks like. These videos and the resources below should help your organisation make changes to your day to day and year to year work that allow you to meaningfully impact the lives of more people.
